The conference is hosted by the Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine, Singapore (TCOMS), and in collaboration with the Society of Floating Solutions Singapore, and the International Scientific Committee.

The 6th World Conference on Floating Solutions (WCFS 2026) in Singapore, continues its legacy as a global platform for professionals working at the intersection of research, technology and sustainable urban development. Initiated in 2019 by the Society of Floating Solutions (Singapore), the conference promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange on floating infrastructure, climate adaptation, and the blue economy.

The theme of WCFS 2026, “Marine Infrastructure for Energy, Food, Climate Resilience and Ocean Space Utilisation”, reflects the growing importance of integrated, sustainable solutions in the marine environment. The conference brings together professionals from academia, industry, class societies and regulatory agencies to foster high-level dialogue and collaboration, advance innovation and help shape the next generation of floating infrastructure.

Key technical areas will include, but are not limited to:

• Ocean renewable energy (floating offshore wind, floating solar, tidal energy, hydrogen and ammonia production)
• Ocean space utilisation and floating infrastructure
• Aquaculture and offshore food systems
• Climate adaptation and coastal resilience
• Marine construction, installation, operations, and management
• Blue economy, finance, policy, and risk

In addition to technical sessions, WCFS 2026 will feature a business track connecting innovation with commercialisation, industry trends, and partnership opportunities, alongside structured networking and social events.
