Disruptions will remain plentiful, yet current Parliament should pass more laws than the last

When the 16th Lok Sabha began its real business with the start of the budget session on Monday, it wore an appearance not seen in recent times. This is of course the first time since 1984 that a single party holds a majority in the Lower House. Even more unusual is the sight of Congress reduced to below 50 members and unsure of acquiring the status of leader of opposition...
