Fanny Chang serves as Personal Assistant to Distinguished Fellow, Prof Kishore Mahbubani. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons.) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in English-Chinese translation from the Singapore University of Social Sciences. At ARI, she provides support for Distinguished Fellow Prof Mahbubani and the APP team and is involved in ad-hoc project administration.
