SEKARINGRAT, Annisa
Ms Annisa Sekaringrat commenced her appointment as a Research Associate with the Religion and Globalisation Cluster (Perspectives on Identity, Nationality, Diasporic Affinities, and Home (PINDAH)) project with effect from 25 August 2025.
Ms Annisa holds an M.Sc. in Global Migration from University College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Airlangga. She previously conducted research on labour migration policy and the migration diplomacy of Indonesia and South Korea as part of the RIGHTS project at the University of Amsterdam. For her master’s degree, she explored the experiences of mature international students and scholarship recipients in the UK. She has also worked on programmes related to nurse placement, refugee resettlement, and international student mobility.
