Mr Muhammad Naeem Shehryar commenced his appointment as a Research Assistant with the Science, Technology and Society Cluster (Carbon Governance in Southeast Asia [CGSEA] grant) with effect from 24 November 2023.
Shehryar graduated as an Urban Studies major and an Arts & Humanities minor from Yale-NUS College in 2023. His interdisciplinary honours thesis explored the role of coastal infrastructure in mediating the relationships Singaporeans can and do form with their coastline. He is a published writer who has incorporated creative writing as a core methodology in his projects.
